Q&A:

What is the service or product you offer to RIAs?

With the support of our open business platform, you can choose the corporate entity that works best for your situation. Spire Wealth Management can be your corporate RIA and Spire Securities can be your Broker Dealer OSJ. We can work with you to define your business model, proposition and your processes.

How do you differentiate your offering from competitors'?

Our dual registration as a Registered Investment Advisor and a Broker Dealer offers you and your clients the flexibility to choose the most appropriate fee structure for your relationship. You can bill based on assets under management, net worth, an hourly consulting fee, or transactions. Note: these alternative models require full disclosure to and consent from your respective clients.

Also, Spire Investment Partners has clearing and custody agreements with the preeminent firms in the industry. Broker Dealer assets are cleared through and custodied with National Financial Services, a Fidelity Investments Co. and Pershing LLC, a BNY Mellon Co. Advisory assets can be held at Fidelity Institutional Wealth Services, Schwab Institutional or Pershing Advisor Solutions. You can also partner with other widely recognized financial services firms as long as you provide clients appropriate disclosures and agreements.

What else would you like to say about your business?

Through our multiple custodian platform and extensive network of selling agreements, you have access to virtually any risk and goal appropriate investment solution for your clients. Investment options range from a full array of traditional solutions, to several alternative asset classes. Included in our solution is Spire Insurance Agency which has agreements in place with many of the largest insurance companies. Furthermore, Spire Securities leverages its membership with FINRA and the National Futures Association to provide the latest information on financial products.
